One of the reasons many diets fail is due to decision fatigue. So, we figured, why not take decision fatigue out of the picture and give you monthly plans to take the guesswork out of "what to eat."

That's when we came up with The Nourished Plate - a monthly club to get nourishing, anti-inflammatory, metabolism boosting recipes. 
Decision Fatigue - the inability to make good decisions after making so many decisions in a day
  • For a low monthly fee (less than a dollar a day!!), we will send you a recipe pack to support you in your quest to eat healthy. 
  • The goal is to inspire you to incorporate fresh, healthy meals into your week so you can nourish your body with less stress. 
  • Your monthly recipe pack will have over 20 nourishing recipes (including dinners, lunches, breakfasts, energizing snacks/desserts).
  • Also included will be a meal planner with a sample meal plan that shows you how a typical week could look including using leftovers
  • Nourished Plate community Facebook group to share creations and where we give additional tips and ideas 😀
  • Mix and match the recipes according to your own schedule and preferences. 
  • Get creative by swapping out ingredients to make new favorites
How does it work?

Do your recipes contain gluten? Our recipes do not contain gluten.

How long will it take me to make these recipes? We get it, we don't have any more time in our day than you do. The majority of our recipes take less than 30 minutes to prepare (and many even shorter).

Do you have vegetarian options? Yes! We will have several vegetarian/vegan recipes. Plus we will give vegetarian/vegan alternatives to recipes that contain animal protein.

I have a medical condition, would this be okay for me? All of our recipes are designed to fit into an anti-inflammatory, heart healthy, low sugar eating plan. 

What happens if I want to cancel? Just let us know by the 25th of the month and we will cancel your membership.
